Film Structures
The structure of the film has everything to do with how your packaging will protect your product. Acrylic Coated
Two-sided aqueous acrylic. Two-sided heat sealable. Excellent water vapor and aroma barrier. Suitable for laminations, printing, single structure. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
Acrylic-PVDC Coated
One side is coated with an aqueous dispersion of poly vinyl chloride (PVDC). The other side is coated with an aqueous dispersion of acrylic. Excellent water vapor, gas and aroma barrier. Heat sealable two sides. Suitable for printing, lamination and single structure. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
Cast
High clarity two-side sealable for print and lamination application. Available with corona treatment. Ideal for use in side-weld seal applications. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
Clear Coextruded Polypropylene
Two-side heat sealable, one-side corona treated for ink adhesion and lamination. Designed for use in horizontal and vertical form fill and seal packaging applications. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
Clear Homopolymer Polypropylene
Available as treated on one side, two sides or non-treated. Used in printing and lamination applications. Superior optical properties. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
Metallized Polypropylene
Available in sealable and non-sealable varieties. Excellent barrier characteristics. Suitable for printing and lamination packaging applications. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
PVDC Coated
Two-sided aqueous dispersion of poly vinyl chloride (PVDC). Excellent barrier to water vapor, gas and aromas. One-side printable, two-side sealable. Suitable for print and lamination. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
White Coextruded Polypropylene
Two sides sealable. Suitable for print and lamination. Available in white opaque, white pearlescent, cavitated and non-cavitated. Conforms to FDA guidelines for use in contact with food.
